Myers Pharmacy and a mouse

FINALLY.... I bit the bullet and bought almost all of the medication that I am going to need for the next month +. I received two boxes. One was HUGE and one was a decent size. After looking over to make sure I was given what I ordered, I sent them to Val's house. She will be giving me my multitude of shots so it only made sense to leave it there all boxed up in her closet. I have 66 viles of injections along with pills, patches, etc. I still have to go pick up three more prescriptions at Costco because they ended up being cheaper on a few medications. I was surprisingly shocked that my insurance paid for some of the medication even before I met my deductible. Im not complaining... that was 5k not out of my pocket! Every little bit helps in this journey. I price compared with different companies from the 21st of December until January 2nd. I looked for rebates, discount cards, anything to save a few dollars.
On another note... the mighty Country Biscuit caught a mouse yesterday. I was up at 530 going to crossfit and there was blood on the kitchen floor and a tiny piece of mouse poop. I knew who was the hunter. I did not have time to look too much for the mouse before going to my class so afterwards I came home and started the hunt. I knew Country Biscuit would not eat the thing. He would just kill it. I finally found it hiding under the lip of the cabinet bottom. I went to get it and it scooted away. It was still alive! Country Biscuit and I chased that thing for about 30 minutes. It was a workout in itself. I was moving furniture, had my flash light out, got a stick, etc. I thought it had gone down the vent for the heating and air but later in the evening I saw Country Biscuit in his stance and I knew what was going on. Having him for 9 years sure does build a relationship of just knowing when something isnt right. I called for Daniel to get a bag and he picked it up and threw it outside.
Daniel said Country Biscuit looked exhausted. Its hard being guard kitty all day and not sleeping from 5am-11pm.
