Pigging out

So yesterday for some reason I went all out on carb intake. I mean ALL OUT. Breakfast was a granola bar right before blood work followed by homemade pumpkin protein bread with pb2 then I had pizza for lunch and pizza for dinner followed by popcorn. I mean.... if it wasnt for the meat on the pizza and the veggies on the pizza, I would have had nothing but bread all day long.
Anyways.... today... Im paying for it. Talk about carb comma and just feeling weighed down. Normal days are not filled with tons of simple carbs. So after crossfit, I decided to make some fantastic breakfast thing I thought of in my head. Well.... it consisted of spinach, eggs, onions, and bacon fat. Lets just say the spinach blew up in the microwave! That was fun to clean up. But I also did make two successful sweet potatoes in the microwave. (potatos are for later to eat) My breakfast idea ended up with less spinach than anticipated but turned out awesome. I think the real winner were the onions cooked in bacon fat.
O and as for the vampire visits, I am 5 for 5 in not passing out! Also no passing out with the shots either. Maybe I really could make it in the medical field....
