beach trip part one

So some of you know that Daniel and I are at the beach.... we like to take a small vacation around our wedding anniversary (tomorrow). So we headed out last night and stopped off at Randy and Jean's to pick up the key to the condo. Since we were here a year ago a lot has changed to the condo and it looks awesome! There is new yellow siding up (Daniel still liked the brown color but I expected him to say that... he isn't much of a yellow fan but its one of my fav colors!) Also new paint, carpet, doors, and a lot of other stuff inside the condo. I am very impressed. Also the deck is extended at the pool. So we got in late last night and just unpacked and went to the grocery store to get some little things. I tell you that IGA is expensive! 4 bucks for a gallon of milk! This week at HT its not even 2 bucks! Anyways we didn't get milk there and will get some later today when we go out. I did however find wine tags on some of the wine bottles and some good deals on bananas. I like to eat a banana everyday so I don't get cramps when running. We got back to the condo and looked through the coupon books to find some coupons for different places that we might want to go. Rioz the Brazilian steakhouse has a coupon for free dessert! We are going tomorrow hopefully.
Today we got up sort of early 730am... that's late for me but early for Daniel. He went fishing and I took a run from the condo the one pier then to the other pier and back. I think it was just under 4 miles and I bet I lost about a gallon of water weight from the sweat. It wasn't even 9am when i finished... Then I got some stuff together and headed back to the beach to lay out for a few hours. As we were out there there were some people running on the beach at high noon! I'm not sure if I would ever do that. I was tired enough from my early morning run. I had packed sandwiches for lunch and some trail mix and nuts to eat. We stayed out there til about 3 then called it a day. I already know that we are both burnt in a few splotchy places but we did reapply frequently even though it was cloudy the whole time. Anyways... Daniel is taking a nap... I took on on the beach and then we may be getting pizza tonight and head to the mall because I have a coupon for the Limited for 15 bucks off any purchase... Yeah for inexpensive clothing!
We are having a really great time so far and look forward to all the awesome food places that we plan on going to. Ill have pictures when I return... i forgot my cord but I did get this really great black and white camera that i can take around with me.
